The Car Place Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Car Place’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a lucky draw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’). The Contest will commence on the 23rd of February 2025 at 12:00am and will conclude on the 23rd of February 2025 at 11:59pm (‘Contest Period’).
PRIZE - Brand new 24V Kids Electric Toyota Hilux GR Sport Ride On.
Eligibility - To be eligible to enter the contest you must fill in the online entry form during the Contest Period by scanning the QR Code at the Motor Culture Australia Event. This will automatically enter you into the contest for free.
The Draw
The draw will take place on the 25th of February 2025 and will be held at The Car Place, 46 Brisbane Rd Labrador.
Each entry will receive an individual ID Number. The draw will be conducted with a "Random Number Generator Wheel". The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email. We will publish the names of winners on our Facebook and Instagram on the 25th of February 2025. Participants agree that if they win, they will participate in a prize acceptance handover video or photograph for publication on our website and socials
If the prize is unclaimed for longer than 90 days from the initial draw, we will conduct a redraw. The Redraw will be conducted with a "Random Number Generator Wheel". The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone and email.
Every Participant has a random, fair and equal chance of winning.
Each winner must sign a Prize Acceptance Form as reasonably required by The Car Place before receiving their prize.
Representations and Warranties
The Car Place warrants the following;
- The prizes involved in the contest are owned by The Car Place;
- The purpose of this contest is to promote the The Car Place brand and bring awareness to the The Car Place brand;
- We will not sell raffle tickets, or any other form of ticket to enter this contest. Entry to the contest is strictly provided as a promotion when scanning the QR code and filling in the onlien form, and cannot be purchased separately; and
- The contest is wholly funded by The Car Place.
- The contest is solely promoted by The Car Place Pty LTD, ABN 94 640 721 080
The Participant represents and warrants that it shall not contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of The Car Place in order to manipulate the Contest results.
Disclaimers
- Participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damage and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out of pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest.
- In no event will The Car Place, our licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, our advertising or promotional agencies or respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in this contest.
- By providing your contact details, you agree to receive marketing communications from The Car Place, The Wash and Midas Tyre & Auto Service regarding our products and services. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of our emails. We value your privacy and will never share your information with third parties without your consent.".
- The Car Place reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by The Car Place.
- In the event the Contest is compromised by non-authorised human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of The Car Place, that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, The Car Place reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.
- Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws,
- and should such an attempt be made, The Car Place reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- The Car Place assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of computer systems, servers, software, internet service provider, or e-mail systems, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.
- The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law
